Mike's profound understanding of hops, nurtured through years of brewing dedication, ignited his appreciation for the beautiful and tropical flavors inherent in hops. As life unfolded, Mike found himself yearning for a change. With a growing family of three young kids and a commitment to a healthier lifestyle, he sought a hop-infused beverage that would capture all the exquisite hop flavors without compromising on taste or quality – all without the calories or aftermath of hangovers.

Frustrated by the limited options in the market, Mike observed that existing hop waters often relied on extracts, artificial additives, added sugars, resulting in subpar taste. Traditional non-alcoholic beers also fell short, being high in calories and sugar, with flavors that left much to be desired. Nestled in the scenic Hudson Valley of New York, EverHop was born out of this necessity for authenticity.
